Professional Bio
Greetings. My name is Brandon Harrop, and I am a full-time photographer in Central VA. Beginning in 2017, I concentrated on marketing Real Estate and other commercial advertising. In previous years, going back to 2011, I worked on weddings, corporate functions, and portraiture.
Years of digital photography and Adobe editing experience have led to fast, attentive turnaround time in production. You can expect fantastic results within days, not weeks!

Matterport Information
BC Harrop Photography LLC proudly offers Matterport services, including 3D Virtual Tours and floor plans.
Prices start at $0.07 per square foot when bundling with photography and $0.10 per square foot when requesting a stand-alone Matterport capture. Floor plans are included.

Payments:
Invoices can be paid online using credit cards, ACH Transfers, and Digital Wallets. Cash and checks are also accepted.
Photo Rights and Usage:
- All materials produced for the client may be used by that Agent, Property owner/manager, or Individual for all marketing associated with the property or event.
- All Real Estate images & videos are copyrighted. A license will be granted only to the respective Agent (their MLS), Property owner/manager, Management Firm, and NOT any other party. Any usage of the images or video by a third party, including but not limited to: other real estate agents, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is prohibited unless approved in writing by Brandon Harrop.
- Clients may not resell or share copyrighted materials for any reason without the owner's consent.
- Brandon Harrop reserves the right to use photos and videos for future marketing purposes.
