3D Virtual Tours

· Matterport 3D Virtual Tour: $0.08 per sq ft ($175 minimum) 

o Note: No additional charge for commercial spaces, but for any long-term use, renewing the space online is $100 annually.

· Zillow 3D Home Tour: $80 flat for homes under 1,500 sq ft; $125 for homes up to 5,000 sq ft 

Floor Plan Options

· Basic 2D Home Layout: Included FREE upon request with residential photo sessions 

· Detailed 2D Floor Plan: $45.00 (Includes total area calculations, colored layouts, fixed furniture graphics, printable report, and interactive virtual tour version) 

· 3D Floor Plan:$95.00 (Includes 3D-rendered overlay of each floor) 

· Virtually Staged 3D Floor Plan Video Tour: $200.00 (Removes existing items and populates with virtually staged furniture) 

Additional Media Services

Vacation Rental & Commercial Property Marketing (Airbnb, Vrbo, Short-Term Rentals)

Unlike standard real estate shoots—which cover a temporary single-use MLS listing—rental and commercial photography includes perpetual, long-term commercial licensing for ongoing marketing on rental platforms, social media, and websites.

· Essential Rental Package: Base price $450 (Up to 2,000 sq ft)

o Focuses on clean, wide room layout shots formatted specifically to maximize listing appeal on Airbnb and Vrbo.

· Full Hospitality Showcase Package:Base price $650 (Up to 2,000 sq ft)

o Complete commercial package including wide layout shots PLUS detailed vignette shots (coffee bars, cozy nooks, fire pits, amenity highlights) and high-detail editing to drive higher nightly rates.

· Additional Square Footage Fee: Add $100 for each additional 1,000 sq ft (or portion thereof) over 2,000 sq ft.

· Note: Properties must be 100% photo-ready upon photographer arrival.

Additional Fees & Policies

· Home Prep Fee:$60 (Applied if the photographer needs to assist with staging, cleaning, or moving items at arrival) 

· Travel Fee:Applies when traveling over 1 hour to the location or for return trips 

· Large Acreage Fee:Extra charge applies for homes sitting on more than 10 acres 

· Payments:Invoices sent online via QuickBooks. Credit Cards, ACH Transfers, Digital Wallets (Apple & Google Pay), Cash, and Checks (payable to BC Harrop Photograpahy) accepted.
